This film highlights tips to anticipate difficulty during CCC in an intumuscent lens and demonstartes corrective measure which will prevent radial extension of the CCC. This film also highlights chatter & turbulence during phaco of the soft nucleus owing to the imbalnce between the phaco power & the density of the nucleus.
